During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• Shoes must be in clean, resalable condition.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, including any accessories or inserts that came with the product.
• The original shoe box should not be used as the shipping box. Please place it inside a protective outer carton to prevent damage during transit.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Refund Options

After your return has been approved, you may choose one of the following:

• Refund to your original payment method
• Store Credit, which can be used toward any future purchase

Once your refund is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Please note that depending on your payment provider, refunds to your original payment method may take several business days to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final Sale items
• Gift Cards
• Products marked as non-returnable
• Any item returned outside the 30-day return period

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to resolve the problem.
